RinkoBooks provides bookkeeping, financial reporting and accounting automation services to businesses in Canada and the United States. When you submit our contact or application form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, country, industry, employee count, accounting software, the state of your books, and anything you write in the message field.
If you become a client, we additionally receive access to the financial records you authorise — which may include bank and credit card transactions, invoices, bills, payroll records and supporting documents.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How your accounting records are stored depends on which arrangement you choose:
In both cases your accounting file itself lives in your own QuickBooks Online account, operated by Intuit, which remains under your ownership and control throughout.
Because our team is located in India, your information is accessed from outside Canada and the United States, and may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. By engaging us, you consent to this transfer.
Access is limited to your named point of contact and one reviewer. Access is revoked immediately when a team member leaves. We use read-only access wherever full access is not required, and we provide a signed confidentiality agreement before accessing any client financial data.
Where we connect to your systems by remote desktop, the credentials are held only by the team members assigned to your account, and you can change them or withdraw access at any time without notice. Where we use shared cloud storage, you retain access to the folder and can remove our permissions yourself.
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client records are retained for 7 years to meet standard record-keeping expectations, then securely deleted.
You may ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your information (where we are not required to retain it), or withdraw consent for us to contact you. Email rinkesh@rinkobooks.in and we will respond within 30 days.
This site does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar analytics or advertising tool, and it sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes in the future, this section will be updated to name the tool and describe what it collects.
We only send commercial email where permitted under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the US CAN-SPAM Act. Every commercial message identifies us, includes our business address, and carries a working unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
